Batz, next time you go to T11, dress and act as if you own half of NCD. You’ll get served in no time.

T11 really needs to go back to school; a special school i mean. A school that teaches the ethics of customer service.

Don’t let this discourage you from baking with ANZ. I found out it is a good bank with somewhat better customer service than BSP.

Oh there is no doubt at all about ANZ. I am joining them for sure. It would be good riddance BSP…. I sure will relish that moment… 🙂

Customer service is non-existent in png. I just returned from a holiday in png earlier this week. It frustrated the hell out of me….you can’t get any decent service in png.

I droppd into airniugini, anz, various supermarkets, various shopping malls….they’re all the same……So called customer service reps huddled in a corner staring at you as if you’ve just walked into their house.

We need change
